  The National High Court has granted the prison attenuated to the journalist of the qatarي channel of television Al Yazira Taysir Alony. The reporter will be put under several medical tests which were already predicted before this court decided, the past 19 of November, his prison.

 According to legal sources, Alony - processed by the judge Balthasar Garzَn like member of the Spanish cell of Al Qaeda and for whom the public prosecutor will request 9 years of prison in the judgment that will be celebrated soon - will remain in his home with police monitoring and it will not be able to leave his house, only to go to the doctor and whenever it counts on authorization of the Court.

 The same sources indicated that the court has made this decision to avoid that, once he has given to beginning the oral judgment, his defence requested the suspension of the judgment giving the medical tests as the reason. Alony, in addition, will suffer a coronary intervention before the beginning of the judgment.
